Pumpkin Bread




Pumpkin Bread

Cream together:

3 cups sugar
1 cup margarine

Add:

4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 - 14 ounce can pumpkin, fresh or frozen can be substituted, make sure it is well drained
1 tsp Watkins  Baking Vanilla
1 tsp Watkins Butter Extract (optional) it adds a buttery homemade flavour
1 cup raisins

Combine:

3 1/3 cups flour
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp Watkins Cinnamon
1 tsp Watkins Nutmeg
1 tsp Watkins Baking Vanilla
Add to sugar mixture.

Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
